• Plan for recruitment, training for all employees periodically on monthly/ quarterly/ yearly.
• Plan human resources in order better service for business production and of the company strategy.
• Build salary and bonus regulations, measures to encourage employees work, ensure the regime for employees.
• Track the timekeeping, sick/ baby sick, pregnancy, labor accidents for all
• Caculate salary 2 times/month
• Ensure the policy for employees: SI, HI, UI; increase/ descrease report, sick/ baby sick, pregnancy,…
• Update the employees list regular
• Recruitment as request : timely & quality candidates
• Manage the labor contract: new labor, re-signed, resigned,…
• Manager security : training & ensure safety for all asset of company
• Resolve disputes and labor complaints
• Resolve the foreigner documents: visa, work permit, temporary residense card, driving license,…
• Bachelor related to Human management/ Business/English
• Fluent in English speaking
• Computer skills: good in Microsoft office.
• Good knowledge and experience in Labour Law.
